After a successful year with several events, speakers and new partnerships, we’re happy to announce our informal pre-christmas gathering. This year, we will meet on the 12th December at the ILLUMINARIUM at Landesmuseum Zürich, near Zürich HB. There’s a lightshow, ice-skating and hot spiced wine. Be part of it through Meetup: https://www.meetup.com/de-DE/Women-in-Digital-Health/events/256148167/
The exact meeting point will be posted on the Meetup site, so stay tuned!
Very excited to announce that our guest speaker at the upcoming meetup will be Daniela Gunz.
WHAT TO EXPECT
1st part: Daniela Gunz will tell us how she transitioned from a life in pharma and clinical research to being part of a thriving digital health start-up (healthbank), co-lead of WiDH and member of the Swiss MYDATA hub.
2nd part: MYDATA was initially a group of entrepreneurs, activists, academics, listed corporations, public agencies, and developers sharing a common goal: to empower individuals with their personal data. MYDATA was turned formally into an association on Oct 11, 2018. Daniela will speak about the vision and the action of the global MYDATA association, the local Swiss Hub, will briefly touch GDPR and will also present some examples of PIMS (Personal Information Management Services), healthbank being one of them. In a short workshop session we will discuss our rights on data we have ( (healthcare data is the most sensitive one, but there’s also shopping data if you think about Migros Cumulus etc.) and will try to execute them with a hands-on exercise.
3rd part: Networking apéro, enjoy snacks, drinks, and get to know other people in digital health
Join us at that evening and be inspired!
Important: As “Women in Digital Health” is a non-profit organisation, please note that the event fee will be used to cover organisation work, room rent and the networking apéro. Please book your ticket here:
