Trying to fit in the „man’s world“ – which digital health industry definitely is – by pretending to be the opposite sex will not improve our numbers in the field nor make our daughters choose the career path. We need to be brave and loud enough to be women, to be ourselves, to be smart while wearing a skirt and a smile (and a menstrual pain in a board meeting). We do not need to fit in. We need to adapt the digital health industry to fit our needs and gender, and make it comfortable for both of us, men AND women.

I am a member of Women in Digital Health group because it gives me the voice to fit the industry to mine and the needs of my female colleagues.”
